My child/children will be participating in remote (at-home) instruction. I understand that a laptop or IPad will be checked out to each child through the school I understand that my child will be expected to login every day (Monday-Friday) to be considered present for that school day. They will be expected to interact with their teacher through text, videos, email, phone calls, etc. (On rare occasions it may be necessary to participate in person). Reliable Internet is required for this mode of learning. If you choose this option, you acknowledge that you are committing to remote (at-home) instruction until Monday, January 25, 2021. At that time you will be able to commit to remain in remote (at-home) learning or you may switch to traditional face to face instruction on campus.

My child will be participating through traditional face to face instruction on campus. Safety measures will be in place according to recommendations from the Texas Education Agency. If you choose this option, you will be able to switch to remote (at-home) learning at any time (but you may be required to commit to at-home learning for several weeks).

Gause ISD will make every attempt to keep our buses safe. However, parents/guardians are encouraged to bring your students to school and pick them up at the end of the day if at all possible. Gause ISD understands that many students will still need to ride the bus.
