Classroom MACRO Plan:                I teach Pre-Kindergarten.  In this capacity I teach phonics, handwriting, letter recognition, number recognition, place value, math concepts, language arts, basic science and word recognition.  My goal is to develop in each student a love of learning.  Much of what I do is very hands-on due to grade level.  My goal is also to create an atmosphere in which the students are excited about learning and want to go to the next level.

Re-teach Practices:                           At this early grade level, re-teaching is done on a daily basis.  A lot of the material is reviewed everyday.  If a student is having trouble grasping a concept, I will tutor him/her one on one until he/she understands the material.  Homework is sent home three days a week in order to reinforce what is being taught in the classroom.
